Disneyland Admission and Hours
Disneyland Paris is open all year round; however, the best time for a visit is from the end of April to the early May, and from September to October. In summer, many schoolchildren have holidays, so there will be significantly more people. Weekends are also not recommended: Disneyland deals with long queues and gigantic crowds not in an effective way. For that reason, we suggest you get your Disney tickets for a weekday, for example, Tuesday or Wednesday.
The park opens at 9 AM, with attractions opening at 10 AM. On Christmas holidays and on Halloween, the most spectacular parades of Disney cartoon characters are held. As you can see, visiting all the attractions in one day is impossible. You might just opt for a Disney annual pass so that you don’t need to think of Disneyland prices each and every time!
By the way, consider booking a night of two at local hotels near Disneyland. This way, you don’t have to get there from Paris, so you will get to the park an hour earlier than other visitors. One more great advantage is that the Disneyland discounts are guaranteed to the guests who’ve taken local accommodation. This truly speaks a lot in favor of at least checking the Disneyland hotel packages!
However, if you don’t find official hotels suiting for your trip, consider buying a stay in L’ELysée Val d’Europe. This is an excellent 4-star hotel that is situated 2 km away from the Disneyland. By the way, the transfer from here to the amusement park is free of charge!More info
You’re also welcome to check the 4-star Relais Spa Chessy Val d’Europe that provides well-furnished houses and apartments topped with an inside pool and a free shuttle bus to Marne-la-Vallee. This is a very convenient option for your Disneyland vacation indeed!More info
Disney Ticket Prices
Disneyland prices depend on which parts of the park and what day you plan to visit. For example, a Disney hopper pass for one weekday with a visit to Disneyland Park or Walt Disney Studios Park costs 69€. At the weekend, the cost increases to 79 €. The more days you buy, the cheaper each individual day gets; that’s why it’s more convenient for you to buy a Disneyland season pass or, for example, even a Disneyland annual pass.
Remember that the most expensive tickets are sold at the box office of Disneyland. And, of course, as your visit to Disneyland gets closer, the ticket prices increase as well, so it would be better for you to take care of them in advance. For that reason, we highly recommend that you buy Disneyland passes in stores of Paris or on the website beforehand. You can book a night or two at a local Disneyland hotel too: as mentioned above, the guests get a free pass or some good Disneyland coupons.
